Tom is the founding member of Foresight Legal Group, P.C.

He is a graduate of Yale University and UCLA School of Law. While in law school, he externed for the Honorable Stephen Reinhardt of the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Mr. Martin has also been published in national law journals.

He is a member of the Trusts & Estates Sections of the California State and the Los Angeles County Bar Associations, the Estate Planning & Trust Council of Long Beach and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He is also a participating attorney with AARP, UAW, UnionPlus, and Signature LegalCare.

Tom is a family man, married with two children. He is also active in the community, including the Long Beach Alliance for Children with Asthma (LBACA), and Long Beach Pride. Mr. Martin is also honored to be on the advisory board of Miller Children’s Hospital and a board member of the Estate Planning & Trust Council of Long Beach.

Jenna’s practice is devoted to estate planning and select family law matters in addition to general asset protection. She is a certified arbitrator and currently hears arbitrations for the Better Business Bureau and American and foreign auto manufacturers. She has over twenty years experience dealing with business issues, specifically franchisee/franchisor related matters and is a regular columnist in two major restaurant periodicals with her column, “Ask the Expert”. She brings to our practice over a decade of national and international business experience.

Jenna received her Juris Doctor and Trial Advocacy Honors at Whittier College School of Law and she graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota with a B.A in Political Science. She is affiliated with the Long Beach Bar Association, Women Lawyers of Los Angeles Bar Association, and the Italian-American Lawyers Association.

Nadine Cohen Orliczky graduated with a B.A. from Bryn Mawr College and a J.D., cum laude, from Pepperdine University School of Law. Following her graduation from Bryn Mawr, Nadine dedicated herself to working on behalf of children and families. Before law school, she worked as a counselor for abused and neglected children and then as a developmental specialist for children with autism.

In law school, she was active in the Family Law Clinic at the Union Rescue Mission, the Adoption Day Program, and the Association for Public Interest Law. After her first year of law school, Nadine interned at the Children’s Law Center, where she assisted in representing juvenile clients in cases involving allegations of abuse and neglect. In 2005, she was awarded the Women Lawyers of Los Angeles’ Fran Kandel Public Action Grant.

Nadine is a member of the Fremont College faculty, where she teaches Family Law, Civil Procedure, and Legal Research and Writing. She is also affiliated with the Long Beach Bar Association, Women Lawyers of Los Angeles, Wealth Counsel, and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.

A native southern Californian, Dan grew up in Los Angeles County and graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Political Science and Public Administration. Early in his career Dan worked for the California Legislature, the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington, DC and as a corporate lobbyist. He spent several years developing information systems and managing an international information systems consulting practice for a large consulting firm.

Taking his varied interests in a new direction, Dan graduated from Southwestern University School of Law’s ABA-accredited, accelerated SCALE program in Los Angeles and was admitted to the State Bar in 1992. Dan began his legal career working for a law firm in Los Angeles representing Lloyd’s of London and other clients, but has spent most of his legal career running his own firm as a solo practitioner.

His legal background includes insurance coverage and defense, bankruptcy, copyright and trademark and estate planning and administration. In private practice from 2002-2009, Dan worked exclusively in the areas of estate planning and administration (including wills and probate, living trusts and trust administration, powers of attorney, domestic partnerships and pet trusts) and court-ordered and private mediation. Recently, Dan was elevated to a judgeship as an administrative law judge.
