Thomas G. Martin, Managing Attorney
Tom is the founding member of Foresight Legal Group, P.C.
Tom is a graduate of Yale University and UCLA School of Law. While in law school, he externed for the Honorable Stephen Reinhardt of the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Mr. Martin has also been published in national law journals.
Tom is a member of the Trusts & Estates Sections of the California State and the Los Angeles County Bar Associations, the Estate Planning & Trust Council of Long Beach and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He is also a participating attorney with AARP, UAW, UnionPlus, and Signature LegalCare.
Tom is a family man, married with two children. He is also active in the community, including the Long Beach Alliance for Children with Asthma (LBACA), and Long Beach Pride. Mr. Martin is also honored to be on the advisory board of Miller Children’s Hospital and a board member of the Estate Planning & Trust Council of Long Beach.
Lynn Yang, Associate Attorney
Lynn’s practice is devoted to estate planning and probate.
Lynn received a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and graduated magna cum laude from Brown University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and a Fulbright Scholar. Prior to joining the firm, Lynn was a summer intern at the Nature Conservancy, The New York City Law Department, and an international firm based in South Korea.
