The lawyer did not even read the case file on me he asked for a continuance and he would not do anything but what the prosecution suggested. He said that anything he does besides taking the deal would be bad for me. He was hard to get a hold of by phone not retuning my calls. Is there anything I can do I need help anything you can suggest would be nice.

I have been living in the usa since 1984 and i did not qualify for the amnesty. I got married in 1990 and received an approved petition for change of status but the marriage collapsed and the petition was widthdrawn. What is the best option for fixing my status?
I recently found out that my exhusband moved into a one bedroom house were her 3 children (two girls older than my son and a boy younger than my son) all sleep in the living room togather while he sleeps in the room with her ? I’m not shure were to go from here ? He only has my son on the weekends we have joilt custody but I am the primary parent . He also has a daughter a one year old who goes with him on the weekend with another woman so that’s 5 kids and two afdults 7 people living in a one bedroom ? Yet he denies the other woman living their with her children ? How can I get legal proof of the situation ?
